A roundup of evidence with a visual timeline suggest that we refrain from attributing blame to ISIS for the Moscow atrocity of 22 March 2024. The ancient question in solving a crime applies here: cui bono? “A principle that probable responsibility for an act or event lies with one having something to gain.” Who benefits? The attackers were apparently paid and did not see fit to die for Allah as is the wont of fanatics.

Attack by circa five men at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall. Firearms and explosives used. No suicide bombings, nor did the attackers “fight to death.” Instead, four of the suspects flee west to toward Ukraine in van with “old Ukrainian plates.” If they were Tajiks as claimed, they were traveling in the wrong direction!

Four suspects were arrested in Bryansk Oblast. One was questioned on the spot.
He was contacted on Telegram “about a month ago” by an individual who:
he promised about a million rubles. What did he start with? What did he tell you? What should be done? Everything started with a conversation. He just proposed from the beginning. Then he offered me. I agreed. What did he offer? He offered money. He offered money for what? What did he offer? He offered money to do such things. What exactly did he tell you? Such murders. What? Whom to kill? They threw everything on the ground. They said specifically who to kill? People. Which ones? It doesn’t matter, in short, there will come and say, do this, do that. Come in and kill? Yes.

Conclusion
The very same government that could not solve the Nordstream bombing over the past 18 months solved the Navalny “murder” within seconds of his death by conducting an instantaneous remote autopsy and toxicology. “Putin murdered Navalny,” the US GOV proclaimed. Their stenographers at CNN, BBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, FOX, etc. ran with the story. But Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukrainian intelligence said, “Navalny really died from a blood clot. That’s more or less confirmed… his death is natural.” The American coroners that performed Navalny’s autopsy are today singing the “ISIS done somebody wrong song.”
The attackers were allegedly paid to murder civilians inside the concert hall. They fled instead of dying for God. A group other than ISIS was possibly behind the attack.
