01:01:24.760 shaman who is is a very popular rock
01:01:27.280 singer in in in um in Moscow so the an
01:01:31.480 attack was probably uh planned at that
01:01:34.760 point but since the Russians took this
01:01:38.839 advisory seriously and ramped up their
01:01:42.839 the the security measures it was not
01:01:45.799 possible to conduct the um operation
01:01:49.799 Operation and probably the Russians
01:01:53.400 assessed that all these attempted
01:01:57.200 attacks were to destabilize the election
01:01:59.799 and after the election they probably
01:02:02.599 lower lowered the the level of security
01:02:06.000 because it was no longer point and
01:02:08.160 that’s probably the reason why they were
01:02:10.000 a little bit taken off guard then then
01:02:12.599 why what would be the point then if if
01:02:14.160 they if they were trying to destabilize

01:03:29.640 is to have some kind of a a solution
01:03:34.640 let’s put it that way um I’m not saying
01:03:37.440 that they want to accommodate the
01:03:39.000 Russians but they Biden is losing um its
01:03:45.039 support within the US and probably
01:03:48.760 having some kind of success in some kind
01:03:51.160 of negotiation would be a a positive a
01:03:55.200 positive out come for Biden and that’s
01:03:58.039 probably the reason why they try to
01:04:00.599 soften a little bit the Ukrainian stance
01:04:04.200 and that’s there has been some some
01:04:06.200 conversation at least along some of the
01:04:08.079 Russian telegram channels prior to this
01:04:10.520 attack that there had been some actual
01:04:12.640 renewed possibilities for what they call
01:04:14.839 an Istanbul 3 uh deal where they wanted
01:04:17.799 to get was apparently coming closer to
01:04:19.960 have some negotiations which now they
01:04:21.599 claim uh have been deep six because now
01:04:24.440 then there’s so much anger in Russia
01:04:26.440 that they don’t want any negotiated
01:04:27.680 settlement they want a military Victory
01:04:29.520 does Russia have the capacity to act on
01:04:31.520 that or will they get back to a
01:04:33.760 willingness to have a negotiated
01:04:35.400 settlement well I I think the Russians
01:04:37.960 will try to press the ukrainians into a
01:04:41.279 settlement but they will do it the hard
01:04:43.599 way so they will just deplete completely
