A comprehensive cooperation agreement between Iran and Russia is being finalized. IRGC has been supporting Russia in the Ukraine War. The Kremlin is chafing at U.S. and NATO support for Ukraine. Russia is likely to covertly support Iran in a ‘proxy war’ in the Middle East. A Russian think-tank said, to payback US for Ukraine, Russia may support a ‘hybrid war far from its own borders.’
