Oh, goody. Finally, a war that I can fully support! Brief comments on The Washington Post “leak” is below.
WaPo, official mouthpiece of the Washington, D.C. “National Security establishment,” just published a sensationalist article, “Israel likely to strike Iran in coming months, warns U.S. intelligence.”
The attack will (allegedly) occur in the first six months of 2025. Trump’s National Security Advisor, Michael Waltz, believes “Iran is on its back foot [because] Iran’s air defenses are destroyed.”
This will not end well for U.S. if it joins Israel in an attack. It most certainly will end badly for Israel. But is the supposed “leak” intended to scare Iran into negotiating? I doubt it will scare them, but if an attack is inevitable, it is best that Israel ignite the conflagration.
