This is an example of the ongoing ‘competency crisis,’ where credentialed ex-military officers and ‘experts’ at think-tanks supply US/UK governments with analyses that lead to cockeyed policies. Col. Jacques Baud (Swiss Strategic Intelligence Service, Retd.) during an interview with Lt. Col. Daniel Davis (U.S. Army, Ret.) stated categorically that the attacks were not committed by ISIS.
